File conflicts pop-up

Recently when running yast2/Online Update I will get pop-ups warning "File Conflicts Detected".  However, the conflict is with a file and itself from the same package.  See attached where procps-3.3.17-150000.7.37.1.x86_64 conflicts with itself.  /bin/pgrep is a file while /usr/bin/pgrep is a link to that file.

Please ignore.  Somehow a link was created between /bin/ and /usr/bin/.
