- start /sbin/yast2 runlevel
The short description on the right side of the service cupsrenice is:

renice cupsd after the kde ist running

I think this should read "is running". And is this really only for kde, or for
all windowmanagers or did you even mean the displaymanger kdm?

Will work on it as scheduling and time permits.

This is only a minor issue, will adjust severity.
