## Observation

pbl --install is failing but it seems grub is installed properly.

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-bootloader@uefi fails in
[perl_bootloader](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3873570/modules/perl_bootloader/steps/8)


## Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build [20240115](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3873570) (current job)

Last good: (unknown) (or more recent)
