y2log_during_migration

Steps:

- Fresh install SLES15SP5 (or SLES15SP4) on s390x, with gnome desktop, received the latest updates during installation, deregister the system and publsh image to openqa assets.
- Boot the image and re-register the system with basesystem module, desktop applications module, server applications module, python3 module
- Fully patch the system 
- Reboot and perform migration to SLES15SP6 Build47.2 via proxySCC

Observed:

After migration and a reboot, the system prints:

Oh no! Some thing has gone wrong.
A problem has occurred and the system can't recover. Please contact a system administrator.
