Description Zombie Ryushu 2024-02-05 20:28:23 UTC
SDL2 has issues with Controller buttons not registering.

A number of games, and emulators are broken reading button inputs. Game pads are Detected, but certain buttons don't work. This comes with the 'Games' Repos.

It upgrades SDL2 2.30.0. USB Controllers stop functioning correctly.

This affects:

Wine
Cannnonball
PPSSPP
PCSX2.

I do not have a game controller nor enough insight into that component; please open a ticket at https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues if you can.
Comment 2 Zombie Ryushu 2024-02-19 07:20:51 UTC
Update: The problem goes away when Wine is recompiled against the latest version of SDL.
