Seamonkey is amongst the few last ones holding on to python2 to build. Please try to port this off of python2, so we can finally eliminate it
seamonkey actually seems not to be using python2 during build already Even current buildlogs in Factory indicate it to setup a py3 venv. https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1145279 drops the py2 dep and adds an explicit py3-base dep (it's pulled in automatically, but let's be clear to need it)
