Description Stakanov Schufter 2024-02-09 09:44:45 UTC
The machine is currently not under my hands so I will give you a curtsy translation of the output sent to me (in Italian).

Problema: libfcitx-gclient1-4.2.9.9-2.3.x86_64 installato richiede 'libfcitx-utils.so.0()(64bit)', ma non è possibile fornire questo requisito
Soluzione 1: Verranno eseguite le azioni indicate:
  disinstallazione di libfcitx-gclient1-4.2.9.9-2.3.x86_64
  disinstallazione di fcitx-libpinyin-0.5.4-2.11.x86_64
  disinstallazione di fcitx-gtk3-4.2.9.9-2.3.x86_64
  disinstallazione di fcitx-gtk2-4.2.9.9-2.3.x86_64
  disinstallazione di fcitx-branding-openSUSE-4.2.9.9-2.3.noarch
  disinstallazione di fcitx-pinyin-4.2.9.9-2.3.x86_64
  disinstallazione di fcitx-table-cn-cangjie-4.2.9.9-2.3.noarch
 Soluzione 2: disinstallazione di fcitx5-qt6-5.1.1-1.5.x86_64
 Soluzione 3: mantieni fcitx5-qt6-5.1.1-1.5.x86_64 obsoleto
Soluzione 4: installa comunque libfcitx-gclient1-4.2.9.9-2.3.x86_64 ignorando alcune delle sue dipendenze

Scegliere tra le soluzioni precedenti per numero o annulla [1/2/3/4/a/d/?] (a):

Which is in English and short: libfcitx-gclient1-4.2.9.9-2.3.x86_64 installed requires 'libfcitx-utils.so.0()(64bit)', but it is not possible to fulfil that request.
solution 1 uninstall fcitx, solution 2 uninstall (same), solution 3 maintain the obsolete package solution 4 break the package dependency

So I guess there is either a dependency too much that slipped or a package did not build.

Thank you for your work on fcitx, it is really great! 加油! Keep it up.

I close because at the end it seams that this is an error caused by older modules, I uninstalled, so that should be O.K. now. These error messages from updates are far from clear to say the minor. Anyway, closing.
