Orphaned packages check currently fails at libcpupower0

## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.6-DVD-x86_64-extra_tests_textmode@64bit fails in
[orphaned_packages_check](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3925803/modules/orphaned_packages_check/steps/15)

## Test suite description
Maintainer: slindomansilla@suse.de.
Mainly post-installation console extra tests.

Fails since (at least) Build [604.1](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3925803) (current job)
