MOK Key can not be imported

computer:/home/user # mokutil --import /boot/MOK-nvidia-driver-G06-545.29.06-18.1-default.der

Failed to enroll new keys


(additionally i had different /var/lib folders in transactional-shell and system shell - even after rebooting.)

/boot is read-only
/var/lib shouldn't be interacted with in a transactional-update shell

Looks like this is all user error, not a bug
