python_debugpy_test build log

python-debugpy:test have started failing without any apparent reason. See attached log.

Initial work by Daniel trying to increase the timeout of the tests didn't work.

python-debugpy is included in ringO and this is right now a blocker for packages included in this ring that are waiting in Staging.
Comment 1 Ana Guerrero 2024-02-15 10:20:24 UTC
I'm going to disable python-debugpy:test from ring1 but I think a better solution in the long term is try to remove python-debugpy from this ring.

python-debugpy isn't maintained anymore so not sure how useful are their tests.
Comment 2 Daniel Garcia 2024-02-19 09:13:05 UTC
I skipped the failing tests, it should be something related to the OBS virtual machine or other problem that doesn't happen to me running on my machine with chroot. All failing tests were the ones that uses the "attach pid" functionality.
