Hi,

I did try to submit kernel-longterm to Factory, but the bot declined the submission [0] with

> Kernel:slowroll is not a devel project of openSUSE:Factory, submit the package to a devel project first

I would like to request that Kernel:slowroll becomes a devel project.

Despite the ticket not observed in time, the project has already been whitelisted by Ana.
