The issue was originally identified as part of Bug 1219505 otherwise I don't really use this feature, so I suggest very low priority.

I'm using two keyboard layouts in gnome English and Czech.

If you click on Show keyboard layout while English is selected, then then window with layout pops up. Howevever, if I chooose Czech layout, then nothing happens.

I can still display the czech layout if I go into gnome-control specifically, but seems like this is a very low prio bug. See attached video.
