Picture showing the variations of the Save As dialog across Dolphin windows.

Save As dialogs for external programs such as LibreOffice and Edge to name a few, do not show network folders which have been added to Dolphin file browser.

Steps to replicate:
1) Open dolphin and right click a blank space on the left hand pane.
2) Click "Add Entry"
3) Map a samba share location using format: smb://x.x.x.x/
4) The samba share will show under Remote section and you should be able to browse Samba share
5) Open LibreOffice
6) Click File -> Save As
7) Notice that "Remote" section is missing from left hand pane in Dolphin dialog. Cannot click on newly added Samba share or browse network folders.
8) Using Firefox/Microsoft Edge browser attempt to save a file by printing to a PDF file. Notice Dolphin dialog shows "Remote" section but newly added Samba share folder is missing.

If you type in the samba share location in the "Name" portion of the Dolphin window in a format such as smb://x.x.x.x/, you are able to browse to the SMB share.

Expected behavior: All Save As dialog boxes should contain same folders shown in Dolphin file browser.
