Description Michael Vetter 2024-03-12 16:44:56 UTC
Starting dino (0.4.3-1.5) results (since I last updated to TW 20240310) in:

(dino:31105): GStreamer-WARNING **: 17:40:10.302: External plugin loader failed. This most likely means that the plugin loader helper binary was not found or could not be run. You might need to set the GST_PLUGIN_SCANNER environment variable if your setup is unusual. This should normally not be required though.

ERROR: Caught a segmentation fault while loading plugin file:
/lib64/gstreamer-1.0/libgstges.so

Please either:
- remove it and restart.
- run with --gst-disable-segtrap --gst-disable-registry-fork and debug.

rpm -qf /lib64/gstreamer-1.0/libgstges.so
libges-1_0-0-1.24.0-1.1.x86_64

Antonio, I'm adding you to CC since I saw that you recently updated libges.

In the last snapshot there was an update of gstreamer which fixes this bug.
