Since the upgrade to RPM 4.19, dlt-daemon can no longer be installed:

> sudo zypper in dlt-daemon
[sudo] password for root: 
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...
Resolving package dependencies...

Problem: nothing provides 'group(dlt-daemon)' needed by the to be installed dlt-daemon-2.18.10-1.3.x86_64
 Solution 1: do not install dlt-daemon-2.18.10-1.3.x86_64
 Solution 2: break dlt-daemon-2.18.10-1.3.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

The package has been broken for 2 months, so delreq was accepted
