Description Dominique Leuenberger 2024-03-14 15:18:17 UTC
Since the upgrade to RPM 4.19, sendfax can no longer be installed:

> sudo zypper in sendfax

Problem: nothing provides 'user(fax)' needed by the to be installed sendfax-1.2.1-9.6.x86_64
Solution 1: do not install sendfax-1.2.1-9.6.x86_64
Solution 2: break sendfax-1.2.1-9.6.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

Please see bug#1221415 for more details on possible solutions
