## Observation

The service fails to run the timer. In the journal, I could find:


Mar 14 11:10:00.498721 susetest (uild-key)[3311]: openSUSE-build-key-import.service: Failed to locate executable 
                 /usr/sbin/import-openSUSE-build-key: No such file or directory

According to the spec file, the import-%{name} was installed to %{_bindir} (not %{sbindir)

%attr(755,root,root) %_bindir/import-%name


openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-NET-x86_64-zdup_tw2twnext_gnome@64bit-3G fails in
