## Observation


The entire left menu of system settings seems to be blacked out - making it unusable on Cirrus Graphics

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-kde@64bit_cirrus-2G fails in
[systemsettings](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4014664/modules/systemsettings/steps/5)

## Test suite description
TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in kde@USBboot_64 scenario.
