## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-aarch64-kde@USBboot_aarch64 fails in
[updates_packagekit_kde](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4023234/modules/updates_packagekit_kde/steps/8)

## Test suite description
TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in kde@USBboot_64 scenario.

Asked there, apparently this needs to fixed in Mesa instead by backporting https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/commit/99f0449987bec1f82cd42a06f40bb4a863a37792.
