we had a chat with the futec team and they told us this could happen in rare cases when container-selinux is installed before selinux-policy. rebuild of the policy could fail due to container-selinux requiring something new from the selinux-policy (that is not updated yet) and therefor the installation fails.
we could look into moving stuff from %trans to %posttrans, maybe that fixes the problem
