This report misses necessary informations. 
Which command triggers this output? Show full terminal output. 
Show additionally your repo list via „zypper lr -d“

As plasma5-workspace is no longer available in Tumbleweed, and you are hiding the command which leads to this error… it is hard to guesss.

If you run "zypper dup", it should give you a list of possible solutions. Those should indicate what the cause is, probably some package which has no Plasma 6 compatible replacement.
