Video showing first case, desktop locked without the possibility to use the virtual keyboard.

When attempting to initiate a new session or unlock the current one, the virtual keyboard functionality fails to operate. It remains uncertain whether this issue extends to other distributions such as Leap or if it is specific to KDE Plasma. Further testing is required to confirm this.

If you lock the desktop and try to use the utility, nothing happens. But if you try to start a new session, you'll see the animation making room for the virtual keyboard, yet it doesn't pop up.

Furthermore, under System Settings > Keyboard > Virtual Keyboard, nothing shows up, just a "None" option.

Confirmed, in a VM with tumbleweed, inside the login, when I click to open the virtual keyboard, is not possible to use, it doesn't appear.
