after upgrade & reboot i see error for `systemd-cryptsetup@cr_root.service`

> /usr/bin/pcr-signature.sh: line 18: mktemp: command not found

manually systemd-cryptsetup works.
I had to roll back to the previous snapshot to continue working. I haven't updated for exactly 7 days. problematic changes to the code appeared during this period.
