## Observation

After wallpapaer format has been changed to png from jpg, along with that plasma5-openSUSE has adjusted also with https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1168418 , but the default wallpapaer looks like has a upstream one appeared, not the default opensuse one.

note that, this is issue does not happen on xfce and gnome.
