Looks like YaST didn't remove the temporary installation source. You can do that manually now to fix that issue.

Amazing how this must clearly be a YaST problem WITHOUT ANY DESCRIPTION what the user actually did.

Pawel, please describe what you did. Just like that there is nothing that anybody on this planet could possibly do. See also
