For some reason, kwin uses the aurorae window deco instead of breeze, even though that is the builtin default.

## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.6-DVD-aarch64-create_hdd_kde@aarch64 fails in

Setting it manually works. Only clue I have is that systemsettings logs once that it fails to instantiate the decoration for the decorationsmodel, but that might also be a red herring.

Might be some subtle ABI issue.
