Description Conrad Wickers 2024-04-21 08:53:15 UTC
plasma with x11

since updates 18 Apr 2024 incl. kde
sudo zypper refresh && sudo zypper update && sudo zypper dup

cannot open directly attached encrypted disk luks1 with dolphin
error message:
system responded: An unspecified error has occurred: Object does not exist at path “/”

cannot open usb attached encrypted disk luks1 with dolphin
error message:
You are not authorised to mount this device

works with gnome files in same user workspace

same on NEW install with latest install image ( no updates available )

workaround - use gnome files to open and mount drives
OR
workaround - use command line to open luks drive - then use dolphin
Dolphin requests luks password again and the normal sudo password
