journalctl output after the crash

Issue description:
I started konsole and tried to move the application window. Then while dragging it left many copies of the window behind. After that all icons on the task manager moved to the left side of the screen (see screenshot), but application switching still works (fields without icons remained). All icons on the system tray also disappeared (but the fields still work, there is just no icon). Notification about software rendering being in use appeared on the system tray after the crash. Desktop icons have application names written inside some dark frames.
