i586 for Fedora 40 says ""The repository setup is broken, build or publish not possible (unresolvable preinstalls: nothing provides rpm)"

For the past few Fedora versions it has been necessary to get the 32-bit packages from https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org, but it looks like this hasn't been set up for https://build.opensuse.org/repositories/Fedora:40. 

i586 is needed to build the Wine packages in Emulators:Wine:Fedora.
