[Build 20240509-1] bridge/nic went in to "link down" status with new patch for "wicked"

Created attachment 874797 [details] screen shot for failed status ## Description Even openQA test failed with zypper ref command, I can see the issue happend earily and the bridge/nic was in link down status. There is no issue without patch 'S:M:33773:329684' on sle15sp4, and similar issue can be seen on other sle versions as well. I can provide more information to reproduece the issue now, the issue can only be seen on the system with pattern "kvm_server" installed, then the system will have bridge "br0" configured. And below command can reproduce the issue manually: 1. Set new hostname "susetest" ># cat /etc/sysconfig/network/dhcp |grep SET_HOSTNAME ># More specific variables as DHCLIENT_SET_DEFAULT_ROUTE,_SET_HOSTNAME or ># The more specific variable DHCLIENT6_SET_HOSTNAME has higher precedence. >DHCLIENT_SET_HOSTNAME="no" >DHCLIENT6_SET_HOSTNAME="no" >#hostnamectl set-hostname susetest 2. reload-or-restart service > #systemctl reload-or-restart network.service Please refer to the attahed logs [before and after issue happened]
