This is probably a very lower prio item due to armv7hl being a side effort

It seems like we have not offered debug repo from 15.3

I wrote a basic CI test for openSUSE-repos 
https://github.com/openSUSE/openSUSE-repos/blob/main/.github/workflows/repo_checks.yml


and it found that source and debug repos practically do not exist
for oss/source-repo we can use the main source repo ... although there might be some divergance

However debuginfo repo for 15.4/15.5/15.6 is missing (relevant is only 15.5/15.6)

Once we have situation fixed (if ever) please edit to no longer treat it as an exception

I expect not to have armv7hl in Leap 16 so problem might fix itself by new repo definitions for a new major release.

Agreed with Guillaume_G to drop it. We might revisit if somebody complains. I secretly hope that no-one complains.
