In Thunar, files ending with fods and fodt are shown as something like "ODT Document (simple XML)".

They are opened with Firefox by default, the "Open with ..." menu does not even have libreoffice in the list, just mousepad.

patterns-xfce-xfce_office was installed, but no trace of libreoffice for some reason....
