Dup of 1224134, for HPE kernel issue tracking.

Issue:
iSCSI BFS failure on SLES15 SP6 in single path configuraion

OS:
SLES 15 SP6 Public RC

How reproducible:
Always 100%

Steps to reproduce:
1. Configure Marvell Netxtreme2 adapter for iSCSI boot with single path config.
2. Perform SLES 15 SP6 Public RC OS installation on iSCSI LUN.
3. OS installation is successful
4. The first boot failure is observed post switch root phase,

Expected Results:
OS boots successfully with single path config

Actual Results:
OS boot fails as iscsiuio service fails to start

Additional info:
MPIO config works without any issues
