## Description

I can see below error messages when testing sysctl on tw

Can I ask for your kindly confirmation if it is by design? 

## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-sys-param-check@64bit fails in
[Sysctl](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4241601/modules/Sysctl/steps/168)

## Test suite description
RAM size is set to 2048, some kernel parameters change with total RAM https://github.com/openSUSE/sys-param-check


## Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build [20230910](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3565003)


## Expected result

Last good: [20230908](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3562695) (or more recent)
