broken resolution in multimonitor setup with screens of different size.

I join a screenshot of the three monitors in attachment here. 
The position of the task here is O.K. I had another day the issue that it "floated" in the middle of the screen, more or less at the height of the end of the black bar.
Refreshing the desktop has no effect. 

What restores normality instead is, to change to a completely other resolution, then set O.K. and void the "do you want to maintain changes". When drop back to the screen, the correct size is applied in plasma and maintained until logout. 
The desktop is otherwise stable.

the grey area you see on the shot is the actual size limit of the screen and created by spectacle to show the combined shot. 
The black area is the real problem.
