Resource agent azure-events-az has been recently updated to support retry handling for periods of internal metadata service unavailability, and provide more resilient pacemaker operation.

Asking for changes as of commit 7739c2a802c1dddb6757ff75cf7f6582a89bd518   https://github.com/ClusterLabs/resource-agents/blob/7739c2a802c1dddb6757ff75cf7f6582a89bd518/heartbeat/azure-events-az.in to be provided in update for resource-agents.
Including downport of SUSE SLES 15 SP4 and SP5 for SAP, if not older.
These changes will resolve some ongoing support requests, some of which have been addressed by article https://www.suse.com/support/kb/doc/?id=000021356 and wont be required after this change is part of resource-agents package.
