In okular/keepassxc I observe these symptoms:

 - the Help menu is only triggered by clicking the area to the left of the 'Help' text
 - in the about dialog the tabs cannot be switched with mouse
   - double-clicking the 'o' in 'Components' selects the 'Cid' name in the credits text
