after upgrading from Leap 15.5 to 15.6 xfreerdp fails to connect to older (Win 2008R2) RDP Servers with:

"transport_connect_tls:freerdp_set_last_error_ex ERRCONNECT_TLS_CONNECT_FAILED [0x00020008]"

it seems similar to
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1208621
- xfreerdp unable to connect due openssl upgrade

and Ubuntu Bug #1968522
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/remmina/+bug/1968522
- cannot connect to any RDP server (Win2008 R2)

where a temporary workaround (for remmina) was to chose RDP security protocol. 

adding the Parameter '/sec:rdp' to the xfreerdp command helped here too.
