Top bar should be white

This might be a KDE issue.

Since the last KDE update, when setting a window to fullscreen, the "Always Visible" and "Adaptative transparency" bars don't turn opaque, we can instead see the background's color, it should turn opaque like the floating version.

Steps to reproduce :
- Create a new "taskbar"
- Set the transparency to "Adaptative"
- Set the visibility to "Always visible"
- Observe that the taskbar becomes opaque when a window is moved close to it
- Switch a window to fullscreen

I had lots of other issues (gamescope causing a whole system crash being the most noticeable), I had to rollback to 6.0.5

KDE devs have released a 6.1.1 update that fixes stuff related to KWin rendering and taskbars so it might fix this issue.

fixed with KDE 6.1.1
