## Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP5-JeOS-for-kvm-and-xen-QR-s390x-jeos-main@s390x-kvm fails in
[orphaned_packages_check](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/14801917/modules/orphaned_packages_check/steps/4)

## Test suite description

`dracut-kiwi-lib,dracut-kiwi-oem-repart,pv` orphans have been detected on s390x qcow2 image.
According to the project channel, these packages are specific to raw images only


## Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build [4.2.5](https://openqa.suse.de/tests/12225118)
