The update of 'kparts' to KDE Frameworks 6.4.0 (file version ' kf6-kparts-6.4.0-1.1.x86_64.rpm') has given an issue with the konqueror web browsher . Whenever konqueror is used and a website chosen the view mode defaults to 'embedded Advanced Test Editor' (rather than 'webengine') is used and html code is shown.

To temporary resolve, the konqueror setting can be changed on a webpage-by-webpage basis or (as I have done) switch kf6-kparts from KDE Frameworks 6.3.0.

As a workaround: settings / configure konqueror / file associations / search "text/html"

With the first result selected ('html'), click on the 'Embedding' tab, and move WebEngine above 'Embedded Advanced Text Editor'
