The libxkbregistry-devel-32bit package is missing in openSUSE 15.6:

# zypper install libxkbregistry-devel-32bit

Nothing to do.

It was available in openSUSE 15.5 (after bug 1218639 got fixed; thanks Marcus!).

Wine uses this package to run 32-bit Windows applications when using Wayland for the graphics layer:

Fixed in TW as part of bug 1218640
