Snapshot 20240722 installed yesterday as fresh system from full DVD image.
Yast2 interface was missing all icons and theming.

Reason:
Missing installation of 'patterns-kde-kde_yast' package, when KDE desktop installation option selected.

Solution/workaround:
'sudo zypper in patterns-kde-kde_yast'
