Enhancement request:

Often when I build rpms of some third party software which were originally
done for $BIG-OTHER-DISTRIBUTOR they have an requirement for shadow-utils.
I don't know why, but it seems to be common, seen it serveral times.
Often it is the only requirement which breaks --deps.

Would it be possible to provide shadow-utils from pwdutils to be
compatible here?
