I just removed xwinswitch from x11-tools package, since I don't want to 
maintain any longer apps for other people. Either make a new package / add it 
to a package maintained by you or close this one as WONTFIX.

Tried to collect some tools but didn't get much. Not worth the effort to have one package containing one program and a shell script.
