Bugzilla – Bug 129362
Evolution Exchange plugin bugs (authentication & calendar)
Last modified: 2006-04-17 14:14:51 UTC
Evolution Exchange crashes some times or does not start and asks for the account password. If you enter the account password it keeps giving an incorrect password prompt. The calendar feature does not work with big callendars. it tries to pull the calendar fails without an error message it just does not display. I believe some or all of these bugs are fixed in 2.4.1. The current version is 2.4.0.

There is a new evolution-data-server 1.4.1.1 version released for a crash on startup. Please use that and see if it solves the problem you seeing.
*** Bug 130153 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Nope, this evolution-data-server 1.4.1.1 doesn't solve this bug.
Ok, probably a libsoup bug which is being worked on.
I get this too, a workaround for me is to click on the disconnect icon (left bottom, can use the File menu item as well), wait couple of seconds and click reconnect, It still asks for a password, but most time it works
which is your libsoup version? Adding Dan to CC list.
Please re-open the bug with the details. There was some libsoup issue which is already fixed. See https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=116762
Also, if possible please use 2.6.x. Lots of calendar fixes have gone in there. Please re-open the bug with the details.
