Description Randall Schulz 2005-10-20 03:26:46 UTC
While using KAudioCreator to rip and encode CD audio to a file system formatted
for Reiser file system with default FS parameters the relevant processes hung.
Subsequent attempts to interact with that file system hung as well. Ps showed
all such processes in a 'D' sleep.

Chris, any ideas?
Comment 3 R Santa 2006-01-18 20:24:25 UTC
I'm having the same Problem with reiserfs cousing a kernel exception on
"Linux altis 2.6.13-15.7-default #1 Tue Nov 29 14:32:29 UTC 2005 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux"

After that exception the system cannot be brought down normally or recovered from this error. A hard reset with fsck operations is required.
