With this patch, kinternet will use the KWallet framework to store WEP keys. It
does not store information like key type and authentication mode, because I
could not get that to work. However, the KWallet portion works correctly.
Patch is against kinternet-0.72-4.

We do not invest further resources in kinternet.  It will be replaces
by NetworkManager.
