Updated Scribus Stable package 1.2.3 available.

This is a bugfix release with minor ehancements.

Also, please review the PACKAGING file for an updated description.

The 1.3.x devel series is not recommended yet for Suse packaging.

Please fix Czech description in desktop file to "Publikační systém (DTP)". I never seen semi-translated phrase "Publikování na desktopu".

I wanted to branch scribus-unstable package, but due to too many missing DESTDIR errors I gave it up. To detect them, run:
. /etc/opt/kde3/common_options
update_admin
