By default, Gnome CC get opened paged down--at least, this is what happened
using the de_DE locale.  See attachment.  There is also a major problem with
line-breaking icon labels.  I guess I'm considered to report this second problem
upstream?

The scrolling problem is fixed for 10.1 already.

Stanislav, can you add the upstream patch to our package?

Version 2.12.2 already contains this patch. Too minor for 10.0. Closing the bug.
